When it comes to establishing a cash flow hedging program from ground zero, executing the trades is the easy part. The hard work (often overlooked) comes far earlier in the process - sourcing and analyzing exposures, determining hedging strategies and alternatives, educating stakeholders and gaining buy-in from Accounting, the C-suite and the board. Topics discussed in this session will include establishing an FX risk profile, finding an executive champion and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.

Sandra has worked as a Senior Finance Manager, Treasury Manager and BU Controller where she led a wide range of initiatives including hedge program implementation, FX management, and financial management software implementation.
