Jim Burnnquell is a senior relationship manager at Phoenix-Hecht. Prior to joining Phoenix-Hecht, Jim was with Mellon Bank and Citizens Bank for 34 years; holding various sales, lending, and management positions in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Policy, and Treasury Management. Jim has been a CTP since 1997 and has a B.A. in Economics from Gettysburg College.
